CP(R) Datuk Muhammad Fuad Bin Abu Zarim was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of OSG Security Technology Services Sdn. Bhd.

Joined Royal Malaysia Police (RMP) at 1976. He has from then moves up through the ranks to be Deputy Police Chief of Brickfields, Commander of Special Actions Unit Commander (UTK), Deputy Director of National Special Operations Force (PGK) & General Operations Force (PGA).

His 40-years career in Royal Malaysia Police provides him with expertise in dealing with all government, police and politic related segments for the Company.

CP(R) Datuk Muhammad Fuad is the formal Director of KDNKA (Royal Malaysia Police). He retired as a Rank Commissioner Police (CP)
